| For starters Graham, you could get the grocers / Post Office reopened! It's been there for over 100 years, is still standing as retail premises...but as you know has been in an abandoned state for many years. Agreed passage along those pavements is not easy ..especially if you have a pram..or are of wide girth! Buy the shop, pay the mortgage and business rates, pay the staff, and conform to the regulations, allow for shoplifting and breakages..etc and make sure you don't charge more that 86p for 2 pints of milk..or you'll have after you!! |
