| This is horrible and you are probably right, Mr Paranoia is probably Mr Perpetrator. One of the problems is that authorities like Hounslow Homes have to house people who are really not suitable to live in a normal community. There a so few institutions and they are reserved for the really ill rather than the slightly unhinged. They only debate that takes place is whether these people are dangerous in a violent way, unfortunately, they can be dangerous in a psycological way by making those who live around them live in fear and misery. This often leads to other people becoming affected by them and ending up nervous and paranoid as well. One bad apple etc, The Police are not too good around here either. They seem to operate as a collective appearing completely unable to think for themselves and apply common sense or diligence. They get used as a tool in situations which are less than desirable but as a consequence seem to see all the public as some sort of enemy. They seem to feel that the public are thick. But sad to say some of the police officers I know on and off duty are none too clever and seem to have real problems as people. I'm sure it has something to do with their training and the method of selection. Best advice is to raise the issue with councillors and get Hounslow Home to install the protable cameras to watch and then place a decoy vehicle to see whom it draws out. It could be another weirdo who may even be responsible for creating Mr Paranoia. |
