| Bernadette, contact one of your local councillors and ask them to take up the matter with the Housing Dept. As a leaseholder you have the same rights as tenants. If it is Hounslow then Hounslow Homes is the body responsible. They employ staff to deal with harassment on their estates and, as landlords, have the power to evict any tenant whose behaviour is unreasonable. |
