| If I read the original post correctly the alleged suspect is the owner of the CCTV equipment. I can see why the police are reluctant to intervene, I mean there's no actual evidence at all, and it could stir things up even more. As Keith mentioned, isn't there a management company who have overall control over the development ?. I suspect installing the CCTV equipment may even be in breach of the lease. In the first instance, if there is a management company, I would write to them about your concerns and see what response you get. Or give them a call as they may say more over the phone than they're prepared to say in writing. |
