| I would have thought concert fans are more likely to come by public transport than attenders at the Mela , which is more of a family occasion with children coming in the car with their parents . A good curfew time for the concerts would be about 10pm, so that people are by and large not kept awake. Residents in other parts of London seem to cope with concerts in places like Victoria Park and Twickenham Stadium. In my plan there would only be 2 a year over a single weekend - book a country break ! |
