| Dan, The truth is that Phil has never shown any contrition for the long years he spent in a Nazi organisation. He went straight from insisting that the far right had all the answers to (suddenly) insisting that he had completely changed all of his views (and abusing anyone who questioned the sincerity of his alleged conversion). His style of arguing (i.e. bludgeoning his opponents with insults) illustrates how much he has really changed. He has in fact spent the best part of HALF his adult life in far right organisations - and continued to associate with people who hold extreme racist views for many years afterwards. As for him calling you 'Dan the liar', he in fact inferred on another thread that I had assaulted his father (even though I was outside a polling station in South East London when the alleged attack took place). Such is Phil's standard of truth. The bottom line, Dan, is that any insult that Phil throws at you is best taken as a compliment. |
