| I have to admit I never use the BMR cycle lane heading south. Especially as so many heading north use the full width of it! But even without then I probably still would not use it. It's too much faffing about. Whilst it's not illegal, it is not advised and a fail in the Cycling proficiency test to undertake a moving vehicle of any type to the left of it. Nor should you ride on the blind spot to the left of a vehicle. You are supposed to position where you can be seen in mirrors . It's plain common sense,if you cannot be seen, you cannot be safe. |
