| I drove back home via Kew Bridge earlier this afternoon and the signage is extremely visible, there's a small sign on Kew Bridge, two signs indicating road closed and diversion at the junction, the big sign after the junction, and then a further two 'road closed' and 'access only' signs at the Green Dragon Lane junction. Yet a driver infront of me still got to the closure and look completely bemused. If a driver isn't chancing their arm that the closure might have ended and genuinely didn't see the signs, it really does beg the question whether that driver should be behind the wheel at all. |
