Bernard, my knowledge of GWQ is about 4 years out of date. But, it used to be possible to sublet your parking space separately to your apartment, as long as you were letting it to another resident in the development. If you enquire at the Estate Office on site, the manager should be able to confirm if the leases and estate regulations still allow this. If they do, the estate office might also be able to either pass your details onto anyone who is seeking a tenant, or post a notice from you on the other building noticeboards, so residents can get in touch with you directly. Again this used to be allowed, but the rules bear checking with the current management team! Hope this helps. |
