Every new development has a finite number of parking spaces. The older ones have one per property, the newer ones have one per 2 or 3 properties (and that includes 100% privately owned developments). And even the luxury of one space per property does not remove parking problems in a 2 cars per household world. I'm not clear as to why you did not check the parking issue prior to moving there. Or did you think "I'll sort it once I'm in"? I'm sorry to inform you that you need to accept the difficult and rent a space if you want one. |
