| I'm not clear as to why you did not check the parking issue prior to moving there. Or did you think "I'll sort it once I'm in"? I'm sorry to inform you that you need to accept the difficult and rent a space if you want one. Mr Clark The block I am talking about is not 100% owned, sorry to disappoint you and lower the tone of the block, but Hounslow Council tenants don't have much say in what other extras are on offer. Council property is in such sort supply, when you are offered a flat you dive in before anyone else gets there before you, know one in there right mind would start asking the council for gold plated taps before you move in. Sorry to disappoint you again, but some Council tenants actually go to work a earn a reasonable wage, and to get to work, some of us own a car, but there are no car spaces to be had in the development. So I would like to rent one if I can afford a space, but there isn't any to rent. I have been told, and if true, the car parking has been let out separately to people who do not live in the complex depriving a resident, owner or tenant of the block a chance to rent a space. So GWQ has become a problem already in its short life, its displacing vehicles to other roads in Brentford much to the annoyance of the those residents. No doubt this is going to get worse as more high rise complexes are built in the area. So what is the going rate for a car parking space in GWQ as you seem to know some are up for rent |
