| Looking at the government these days is like looking at Bertie Worster and chums - the right birth and the right inheritance and the right contacts propels one into the correct hemisphere of some dullard ..and all the infighting. And the opposition isn't any better. C stream numpties led by a galloff who can't even speak properly though I've yet to decide whether he has a speech defect or a tongue piercing. But...I wonder whether any local politians do it just for the allowances or as a platform to address local issues or as a stepping stone for bigger and better things within party constraints like that Cadbury person. I'd like her to tell us what she's ever done for the local community unless selling us down the swanney is one of her major achievements. And looking at the wannabe councillors - especially the Andrews brigade - as a female I'd much rather be nuked by Russia than vote for you lot. |
