| Hi Chris Good try but as I am sure you are aware I have been involved with The Isleworth Society for many years in one way or another and have been on the committee for well over a year so hardly a new attendee at their meetings As to the Ivybridge Residents Association I was requested at last years AGM to join (not by the Chair) as a non voting member of the committee and have always at all times kept my politics to myself unlike Sue Sampson who has been constantly badgering the Chair to have me removed which is amiusing considering she must know that the committee have backed me to stay on when ever her comments are raised at meetings If I do stand in the local elections though Chris then you have my word I will resign from the Ivybridge Residents Association as believe it or not despite your implication I do not join various committees in the Isleworth area just for a couple of possible votes |
