25 years eh! Congratulations and well done for all the hard work. The tenacity of the ICG certainly paid dividends to residents they represented. It is time to reflect upon this. Last night my daughter, who was only 8 years old at the time Phil Andrews co-founded MRAG, asked me to guide her through a dilemma. Should she buy a car or travel South East Asia for 3 months with the damages paid to her after MRAG successfully won the High Court case against Thames Water after decades of mismanagement and negligence at Mogden, which main party Councillors refused to acknowledge before MRAG was founded. This was truly a case of Community Action steered forcefully by the ICG. Well done to all at the ICG. |
