I wonder if Tesco have come up with a cunning plan to force their DIY tills down our collective throats? I have noticed there is often nobody on the 10 items or less till when there are a lot of customers with just afew things in their baskets. In fact today they had very few tills working early on and all had queues, there was even a hold up at the DIY area. Not to be foiled I marched over to the cigareete/lottery counter and got served there instead. I am amazed at the people who just stand there and wait to be ordered about, 'You can go there now' being one gem. We SHALL overcome!
