I wrote to the landlord (L&Q) last week saying:
"I spied a new shutter on the back and various Transit Vans lurking inside, which looked like progress. Was it? Laserquest was still on the front yesterday"
The response came:
"The company wanted to see a lorry reverse into the back. They have now asked for one last survey. Hoping to complete the lease w/c 13th May."

I cannot comment who the potential Morrison's tenant is I have been given information in confidence.
