'The Morrisons site is a racing certainty to be redeveloped in some way in a few years, I hope by L&Q'

I read that sentence with incredulity given that 'The Observer' named then as one of the winners of the 2023 awards for worst customer service. They had treated a terminally ill tenant and her daughter in the most appalling way, after their home was plagued by leaks and eventually a ceiling falling in on them. L&Qs response was to 'shunt them around six unsuitable hotels and flats for 15 months while failing to address the repairs. Then the tenant died and her daughter received an eviction notice.' And Cllr. Lambert 'hopes' they will be left to develop the old Morrisons site, it beggars belief - Hounslow shouldn't let them near the borough never mind anything else.
