From the landlord:
"Currently targeting the first week of April. We have agreed the lease. We have also agreed that when we redevelop they will have first refusal"
I don't know what length of lease has been discussed but I suspect it is fairly short term because the landlord does want to get on with redeveloping as soon as they can. The 'first refusal' remark supports that theory.
