| Agree with both of you - being a volunteer in Hounslow can be pretty soul destroying. Both The DM trust and Boston Manor Friends have worked miracles and been amazing, much good does it do them, Hounslow come along with their big ideas and walk all over them and not a word of appreciation or thanks for the huge efforts and hours and hours of volunteer work over many years. Just a dismissive - 'sod off'. It is heartbreaking, Hounslow council should hang their collective heads in shame, all they know is the cost of everything and the value of nothing. |
