| This is a disastrous list of failures/mistakes on the part of the contractors. They have shown no regard for nature, park lovers or the Friends of Boston Manor. If indeed they have removed two of the memorial trees planted in Alice Gross' memory, that is unforgivable. Prior to any future works being carried out, consultation should take place with all interested parties, in particular the Friends of Boston Manor. However, in the meantime, whoever instructed the contractors to destroy the lovely wild area by the canal must explain to us how its loss benefits anyone, be it man, bird or beast. |
