| I would agree with the idea of a 'post mortem' as there were NO hangers attached to anything around here. As per many of my neighbours have put out their recycling and refuse today as usual - so clearly this will inevitably get scattered all over the place if they don't realise they've got it wrong and take it back in until Thursday when the crews will collect. Just trusting to luck and things being online clearly isn't working - mind you if you sent personal letters to some people they'd still not get it right! However, trying to understand why there's always a misunderstanding and trying to see how to get the message across more effectively can only be a good thing. |
