| Well. This is the first we have heard about no garden collections. I have just spent ages going around in circles trying to log the non collection this week (Tuesday) only to be told it is too late to report a non collection, yet it should be reported on the first working day following non collection. Then I tried t make a complaint, only to be referred back to the same reporting form which told me it was too late. As I said, gong around in circles. Not had any information about non collection of garden waste over Christmas and lots of neighbours put their bins out too. |
