| We're all at different stages with electronic media - from no use of it to total use of it together with when its working or when I can work it use. The Council just can't win. Print and distribute Hounslow Matters and there are residents who castigate them for wasting Council money and then there are those who are loud and proud about binning it or recycling it immediately without bothering to save or making use of the info. You can read and download Hounslow Matters from the website. It is important that the website is clear and up to date. I understand that there were supposed to be hangers on the bins with info bit it seems some of these either didn't happen or accidentally or deliberately became detached. We can call for a post mortem so that improvements continue and best of all we can talk to each other and discuss and share info. Waste and recycling has to be the first Council service the majority of residents both use and think of as a Council service. |
