| What is interesting about this is - that I never mentioned where the banners were, in fact they are all over the place and the picture I attached was actually of the banner on the corner of North St. and Twickenham Rd. So as South St. has been mentioned someone clearly knows more than they are letting on. I am not prepared to let this lie, although obviously Hounslow are (sorry). These banners are obviously 'official' they have to be if they are all on the council's street furniture and as they didn't attach themselves it had to be someone with a cherry picker to get them up. The absolute rubbish about them being leftovers from some event in 2016 is absolute b/s as they were put up this year, a couple of months ago in fact. Intriguing about 'Inspiring Isleworth' as well, because their logo and name are still appearing on everything attached to the 'artisan riverside markets'. This 'business services and investment team' also have a connection to Lampton 360 according to the website blurb - shock, horror! By continuing to lie through their teeth and treating members of the public as if they'd come down with the last shower Hounslow merely creates even more questions and doubt. So be it - criminally incompetent and unlawfully withholding information? Having dealings with them I'd say a pretty good chance that they are doing both in this instance. The thing is we're not as stupid as they are. |
