People can do what they like with their property. We do not have laws here. Well not strong laws. How many houses do you see in Switzerland looking in a state? Our country is strewn with litter lets be truthful. When did I last see streets being washed? This is a common site in mainland Europe. I often see street signs being washed in most European countries, not here though. Look at roundabouts keep left signs etc they are never swept around, bits of gravel etc. Look at the Thames banks locally, I say no more.
