| HI Do you know if there is a process to try and ask home owners/ users to start to make their houses look respectable. I was just working down Ealing Rd and New Rd and the Estate behind, and there are so many houses that look "unpleasant". Even if they clean up their driveway. The current state of some is actually quite nasty. May it is a funding issue personally, but surely just weeding your front or even small touch up are not that expensive. |
