I happened to pass by the park today and stopped to see the state of play.

The notices attached to the fence are old and still say that the grazing licence expires in October 2015 and the future use will be discussed by the working group.

Incidentally, I notice that the dog waste bin is filled to overflowing. Was this caught in the gap of unassigned responsibilities ? Not done by "Park Staff" as it is no longer a Park ? But not done by the licence-holder of the grazing land as it is not covered by the terms of the lease ?
