| Well in the spirit of the upcoming by-election here's a multiple choice question for our virgin candidates. You are the leader of a London council and one of your councillors gets caught bang to rights lying to her constituents about her involvement in an incident in which you acknowledge residents have been let down by their local authority. Do you: 1. Tell her off? 2. Say nothing and hope it all blows over? 3. Reward her for another year with a paid position on the all-powerful Council Cabinet? Get the answer right and you could have a bright future in Hounslow politics. |
