| It is a fairly naked attempt at divide and rule and of course the question which needs inevitably to asked is - why? If intentions were honourable there would be no need to behave in this manner. That they do so would appear to suggest that even after all the cock-ups, snubs to residents and, shall we say, inexactitudes from certain ward councillors, the agenda is still one of manipulation, trickery and subterfuge. Does the Council Leader, whom I know reads this forum, have a view on this I wonder? |
