| Having given consideration to the objections submitted, Members of the Area Forum agreed the following: * Notwithstanding the objections, Officers progress the CPZ to implementation stage with the operational times of Monday-Friday 10-11am and 7-8pm and Saturdays (match days only) from 2.30-3.30pm as agreed at the 3 July 2014 meeting of this Area Forum; * Both sides of Ealing Road be included in the CPZ; * Residents of Tunstall Walk be eligible for permits for the CPZ; * Officers undertake a review of the CPZ six months after the scheme coming into operation; * Officers notify residents and businesses in the consultation area of the outcome of the consultation and of the Area Forum's decision. Officers will now make arrangements for the Council's highways contractor, Hounslow Highways, to implement the parking scheme. I will shortly be writing to all households within the CPZ to confirm the outcome of the statutory consultation stage and notify residents of the next course of action, implementation dates, how to purchase permits, etc. Members' have also instructed officers to undertake a consultation with residents of Hamilton Road and Westbury Place regarding possible inclusion in the Brook Road South 'area' CPZ. Should residents of that CPZ support inclusion in the Brook Road South CPZ works will take place to combine the two zones into one. |
