| Don't know, But have heard that LBH are to impose huge hikes in permit charges as some had predicted and borne out by the deafening silence from Councillors on the matter of charges. Expect around 300% over next 3 years. Parking schemes are of course, NOT supposed to be a revenue raising service. |
