The problem is Finland does not have the same demographic issues. Norway is similar, but Sweden and Denmark who have also excellent education systems do have more comparable demographic and social issues and the strain and problems are in some ways even worse than here in the UK. There is also one other factor left out. They have very high taxes. But the money is spent very prudently and the kind of rip offs that UK authorities seem vulnerable to by contractors and suppliers is simply not tolerated. In other words, one of the key elements of our society and system, Greed, is kept at bay.
