| For the sake of clarity, whilst this part of the Borough is a Conservation Area, there's not (to the best of my knowledge) an Article 4 Direction in place restricting permitted development rights relating to the removal of gates, wall, fences or other means of enclosure. Thus under Class B of Part 31 of the General Permitted Development Order, the removal of these railings doesn't actually require either planning permission or conservation area consent. |
