You are welcome. I was actually thinking of insurance in terms of health and safety (burns, tripping etc.) and am supposing that Basic Food Hygiene training would not be mandatory in such a setting. Yes, I think something along the lines that ETNA offers would be a huge challenge so best keep it simple. It's just that I've been impressed what the centre seems to have got together. I was a visitor in another capacity earlier this week and was pressed into taking a loaf of bread at the end of the session - lovely last day stuff from M&S and Waitrose.
