Re how the cars get on to the square - the owners of the cars are able to remove (legally or otherwise) one of the bollards or whatever you would call them. One of the bollards - near enough in the middle - is removed and placed parallel with the bottom of the Verdict steps on the side nearest to the tile shop.
If you are so sure that the parking is illegal, it would be good to hear what the Syon Councillors have to say about it.
