Vehicles owned and operated by the business , landlord or residents of the freehold site are fully entitles to use their own property to put whatever they want on it. The fact is goodwill allows the use of the square and they always vacate the space when needed. How would you like it if someone came and told to to remove something from what is legally your land? It was never a public square and in fact there were restrictions that could be imposed on access where it was a full courthouse. Something that got overlooked when the site was sold, even though it was state owned. |
