Yes, same here with my husband's appointments, why not use texts and e-mails? Our G.P. and dentist both do. My son who was so well treated when rushed in last Thursday is now trying to get sense from out-patients where he has now had to attend and has been messed around for much of the day. It really seems to come down to appalling communication and it is such a shame when the staff are so good. |
