Very frustrating indeed. I've had many an appointment at West Middx over the past year and a half but haven't had to cancel any so have not had experience of what you describe. Such as shame when both you and they appear to be doing the right thing ... (or trying to). Come to think of it, I did once phone the West Middx regarding asking for an earlier (change of date) appointment and the phone was, perhaps luckily, answered by the department secretary and she was able to see to things immediately. |
