Oh yes. I had the text with the cancellation number and the letter with the same number and that is the number I started with...to be told they couldn’t cancel the appointment ..and so on. I have been in to PALS and now also spoken to a lady in charge of the appointments taking another 3/4 of an hour of finding people and explaining. The text even told me that it cost them £160 by not allowing me to cancel. The work had been done at an appointment the previous week so the appointment was not needed and could have gone to somebody else. Apparently their new computer system has a number of teething troubles. |
