Some times the systems destroy the systems. I recently spent an hour + trying to cancel an appointment that was no longer needed. First person in bookings, when I finally got through, said she couldn’t cancel it and gave me a list of numbers to ring. When eventually I got through to somebody to cancel, she rang me back a short while later and said she couldn’t cancel the appointment and gave me another few numbers to ring. I eventually rang the CEO office and spoke to somebody asking her to cancel the appt so somebody else could have it, and I now have a non attendance letter saying I failed to go! Apparently the appointment just could not be cancelled and reused! Madness.
