Almost invariably the medical staff from the lowest to to highest consultant working in the NHS is marvellous. The problem is the MANAGEMENT imo. The systems forced onto these medics is often totally unnecessary, convoluted and time consuming to undertake for both patient and staff.
Who the hell reads all those meaningless forms? Someone has to put this info into a computer - do you waste a nurse possibly not that adept at typing to do this, or do you have to employ a cleric. Once in the computer what happens next and how long does it take before it emerges ----- where exactly? Probably on the desk of yet another cleric! What we need are more medical staff, nurses, carers, doctors, specialists, consultants, not more and more clerics! |
