| Hi Anita, useful info is something had actually been done about it - CCTV really ? so you see someone on the cameras, then what ? I suppose they will be helpfully holding up their home address for you ? Please show your worth and cut through the ridiculous red tape - there were 30 rats there in broad daylight yesterday, it's a major health hazard and you need to sort it, rather than ineffectively replying with platitudes and doing next to nothing !
