| There seems to be two issues here. One at the Magistrates Court and the other at the site next door Watermans. The Refuse at Watermans is clearly bagged up and stacked waste but has not been collected and now the rodents are scavenging. It has clearly been there a while and the whole area is now a mess, smells and a health hazard. Who is responsible is not known but it looks like an organised collection point from which collections are no longer being made. |
