| Apparently we are never more than a few feet from a rat, The problems have undoubtedly been exacerbated, first when Thames Water stopped large scale baiting sometime ago, and I think it's probably one of the areas that have suffered from the cuts to council budgets. Combine those two issues with the rise in take away eateries and people's sloppy attitude to refuse and food disposal and you get a big problem. |
