| I walked through the park yesterday evening on my way to the public exhibition at Watermans. I personally think the park looks a mess. There were loads of logs stacked up against the railings, masses of debris in the river around the boats, loads of smoke from the chimneys. I think the new marina plans look great - really smart. I hope the boat owners get a fair crack at having a properly managed mooring with sanitation and proper entry points - and obviously paying the requisite charges, but looking purely from preference point of view, I would like to see the new marina constructed. |
