I would have to agree that the current administration leaves a lot to be desired, however, in fairness where Hopeless Homes and Horrendous Highways are concerned the council only did what successive governments more or less forced them into doing. Outsourcing services never works in my book - and as for you even having the brass neck to talk about putting private profits before public interests - well! Whose little mates was it that flogged off our utilities, telecoms and railways and left us to pay ever increasing bills whilst allowing the bosses to trouser massive bonuses and pay huge profits for the shareholders? |
