Sorry for the delayed reponse i've had difficulties logg on for one reason or another.

1. we think not but the labour councillors are now looking into the matter for us.

2. Toy library can't really fit into any other existing provider as we offer stay and play where parents remain with their children obviously the others aren't like that. I think it would be difficult to do that unless maybe it was just a borrowing toy library without any play sessions. We obviously want to keep the play sessions we currently run as we believe that is is not just for the kids but for the parents/carers as well.

There is going to be a article in the chronicle this friday, whoch we hope will continue to highlight our plight!
