| Perhaps the RFU will alert spectators? Certainly they work closeley with the buses who will be aware of the problems. You can't help thinking that a bit of logical thinking before starting this work would have been really sensible, I'd have thought that a joint meeting by Thames Water with TfL, West Middx., Hounslow Council and the Police might just have made things a little easier. The problem is that utilities can pretty well much do as they want, I don't think that excuses them from attempting some sort of care for local residents and services, still when they've all been flogged off to foreign companies what do they care? |
