Ms Smith please let me make it clear from the outset that on here from the outset that I am not on here for an argument. I fully understand all the little shops that you are indicating to, but in circumstances such as LAS and I cannot stress too much hospital surgeons along with all hospital staff and associated essential services must obviously take priority over everything and everybody. You speak about 'two' and blues' getting them through. Yes that will in 'normal' times, but these for a long time be normal times. In my original article I said and can only reitterate again that there is a definitive need for Hounslow Borough Police to provide traffic wardens. For a two way communication between LAS and the traffic wardens advising them of oncoming emergency vehicles so that they can take the appropriate action. I believe that you should be in talks with the Chairperson of West Middlesex University Hospital to resolve the problem of an ememergency entrance/exit in Park Road Isleworth along with the CEO of LBH and the police to try to provide a smooth service for all emergency personnel. When it comes to thinking about businesses on and surrounding roads to the Twickenham Road I know where my main concern will be (even if it is not one of my family or friends). Logic takes over and your thoughts and prayers are for souls being rushed into a traffic jam. Surely it is far to late to be wandering around hospital grounds looking for emergency entrance and exits in the first week of January. I would have thought that all the necessary spadework and mettings with the aforementioned should have all taken place and resolved and be in place on the first of this year. All these meetings should have taken place in 2010. My question is therfore why are running about not knowing the answers now? |
