| You won't have much luck if you write to the CEO of Hounslow. We received no reply to numerous emails to Environmental Services (going back to Oct / Nov) so we went up the ladder to the CEO for action. After three reminders the interim CEO responded as hereunder this week where he is referring the matter back down the ladder to the head of dept which didn't reply in the first place! "I have forwarded your email to the Director of Environment as I leave the Council as Interim CE this week and the new CE will need to spend most of her first six weeks ensuring that the Council is able to make a viable and legal budget in unprecedented and challenging circumstances." |
